Dunnage bags

Our dunnage bags are convenient and easy to use. They are lightweight and require very little space when empty. The material is resistant to water and moisture. The dunnage bags are flexible in their handling and application, offering you the advantage of being able to fill any void of any shape without damaging the cargo.

The 2-ply dunnage bags are manufactured from 100% recyclable material (PP and LDPE).

All dunnage bags are AAR (Association of American Railroads) certified and are therefore proven to be excellently suited for use in loading trucks and containers.

Manufacturing takes place entirely at one location. The extrusion of the LDPE films, the weaving of the PP fabric, the production of the dunnage bags, and the assembly are all carried out in Istanbul, Turkey. The production facility is certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001 and complies with modern international standards.

At the factory, the dunnage bags are subjected to a pressure test.

Each dunnage bag has its own individual article number, which allows for 100% traceability.

Filling: The valve/filling head is required to fill the dunnage bags. Only this filling head fits the valve located on the dunnage bag.
